El Ministerio de Sanidad egipcio informó hoy que hay 13 muertos y 98 heridos por la operación policial para desmantelar las acampadas de los seguidores del depuesto presidente Mohamed Mursi en El Cairo, según la televisión estatal. Por otra parte, los Hermanos Musulmanes, grupo al que perteneció Mursi hasta que llegó a la Presidencia, señalaron que hay al menos 200 muertos y miles de heridos entre sus seguidores por el asalto policial.
